Q: WHY BUY FROM BEAUTY KISSER?

Beauty Kisser is committed to providing our customers with high quality, ethically sourced, and natural ingredients. Our formulas are handcrafted in small batches in United Kingdom and shipped directly to you from our warehouse. Our mission is to provide you with natural beauty products that you love in order to help you achieve a healthy beautiful skin.

Q: How long does shipping usually take?

We ship worldwide. Please note we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders, be advised that orders will be processed within approximately 5 - 10 business days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) because all products are hand-crafted and made to order from the time the order is placed, and may take longer during times of high demand and inclement weather.

For any international shipping and deliveries please chose and add shipping fee cost of your country to your order here.

Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Beauty Kisser cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

*International shipments may incur import taxes, duties and other custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient / buyer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! On every UK order over £30.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number.

Q: What is your refund policy?

If we have shipped you the wrong item or the item hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 14 days for a full refund or item replacement.

Q: What is your return policy?

Due to the raw nature of our products we are not able to accept returns.

Q: I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

Q: I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?

Send us an email to chat@beautykisser.comASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Additionally please scroll down for how to contact us on demand.

Q: I don’t want my order, how do I cancel it?

Just like if you were to enter the wrong address for your order please send an email with 24 hours to BeautyKisser.com@gmail.com so we can cancel your order for you. Please make the subject of the email [CANCELLATION] so that we can spot the enquiry and prioritize it. Additionally please scroll down for how to contact us on demand.

Q: I want to change something in my order, how can I do this?

Q: Will Holidays affect shipping times?

Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered during holiday time, orders can be expected to arrive up to 7 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 14 business days to arrive. This also has an effect on our refund policy, if orders do not arrive within 14 business days since the shipping date then please enquire for a refund or replacement.

Q: My order status is completed but I don’t have my order?

This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you!

Q: How does Beauty Kisser process payments?

Our pricing is based on the UK. Pounds. All payments and exchanges are dealt directly by our payment processors.

Q: Is Beauty Kisser open for affiliation?

Not at the moment. However, feel free to enquire about our affiliation program and how you can earn with us and we will let you know once it is becomes available!
